We encourage “aging in place” in a homelike environment. We provide assistance to individuals who wish to receive care based on a social model instead of a medical setting. Located in the beautifully quaint, historic city of Macclenny, Florida, our residents enjoy a spectacular environment with the best of city and country living. Walk to your favorite local eateries, park, church, and local pharmacy. We are situated just two blocks north of Highway 90 in downtown Macclenny. Convenient to many local businesses and places of worship. This also makes frequent visiting very convenient.
You can find nursing home care here locally, but none of them can offer what we do. We encourage independence for those who wish to avoid the nursing home scene.
